John, Ali and James came for their initiation to Garden Croquet. They had all played Golf Croquet before and it took a while for them to get the idea of extra shots. The first session is always quite hard because there is a lot to learn. Annette joined in and there were three games all of which included coaching to some degree. We consumed peanuts, cheese straws and the pink bubbly went somewhere along with some beer and red wine?
